Property Restoration Group, LLC is seeking a Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of residential/commercial construction experience. This individual will be responsible for day-to-day execution, project controls, cost, risk, and business management of multiple fire, smoke, water, and storm damage projects.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Main point of contact for Owner and Insurance Carrier.
  • Develop scopes of work, prepare estimates, and negotiate contracts.
  • Schedule and coordinate subcontractors efficiently to complete projects on time.
  • Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools, and materials to meet project schedule.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure project is on schedule and within budget.
  • Follow up on payment of invoices as necessary to ensure timely payment.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships for referral work.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of Five (5) years of residential/commercial construction experience
  • Two (2) years of restoration experience preferred
  • Xactimate estimating software knowledge preferred
  • IICRC certifications in Fire, Smoke, and Water Mitigation preferred
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license

Property Restoration Group, LLC is seeking a Foreman with a minimum of 8 years of residential/commercial construction experience. This individual will be responsible for day-to-day construction operations on multiple fire, smoke, water, and storm damage projects.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Provide on-site management and coordination of multiple projects from start-to-finish simultaneously.  
  • Assist the Project Manager in construction means and methods, estimating, and developing the project schedule.
  • Schedule and coordinate subcontractors efficiently to complete projects on time.
  • Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools, and materials to meet project schedule.
  • Self-perform construction-related activities as necessary.
  • Interact with clients and provides exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure construction quality standards are being met.
  • Enforce company safety policy and OSHA requirements.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships for referral work.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of Five (8) years of residential/commercial construction experience
  • Two (2) years of restoration experience preferred
  • IICRC certifications in Fire, Smoke, and Water Mitigation preferred
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license

Property Restoration Group, LLC is seeking a Technician with a minimum of 1 year of residential/commercial construction experience. This individual will participate in emergency and construction operations on multiple fire, smoke, water, and storm damage projects.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Perform water extraction, structural drying, moisture monitoring, content manipulation, demolition, board-up of windows/openings, tarping of roofs, cleaning, de-odorization, and other labor activities.
  • Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, materials, and supplies needed for each project.
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment.
  • Deliver materials to jobsites as needed.
  • Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
  • Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of One (1) year of residential/commercial construction experience
  • Restoration experience preferred
  • IICRC certifications in Fire, Smoke, and Water Mitigation preferred
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to perform labor intensive activities
  • Valid driver’s license
